1. The video is about a poor community in Los Angeles, Costa Rica, the have serious problems because of a fire and they live in unsafe houses.

5- The poverty percent has stayed at 20% for the last 2 decades while there has been an economic growth of 4%. The rich are getting richer and the poor evicted.
6- They're trying to make the eviction but they not have the enough money
7- The local government does not have the money to relocate the whole community to a safer place, so there are fears of another fire happening again.
